This is a list of our Top 100 ski resorts ranked by number of trails. We used to meticulously try to even the playing field by pouring over trail maps to figure out where resorts were padding trail counts by doing things like breaking trails into “Upper X”, “Middle X”, “Lower X”, etc. But there is so much subjective judgement in that that we gave up. This is now just a list of published trail counts the resorts market. This changes all the time even without terrain adds. Sometimes resorts even have conflicting counts in their own published content, but here it is.
